Geo is growing and we are looking for our next creative leader to join our team.
Seeking Bold Ideas & Bright Personalities
At Geo, we believe the best work comes from great people who care deeply about what they do. A perfect role for good eggs and happy humans (robots need not apply.) We are looking for someone who brings energy, pride and personality to the studio, and who is excited to help shape the next chapter of our agency.
As a team our focus remains the same: building outstanding brands for ambitious organisations across a wide range of sectors. But the way we bring those brands to life is evolving fast. Our teams now span social media, video, content, and marketing, while our website team continues to grow through bespoke, design-led digital experiences.
As our capabilities expand, so does our creative ambition. We are looking for a confident and inspiring Midweight to Senior Designer to sit at the heart of the studio, work across every part of the agency and help shape the strongest work of our next chapter.
With such a varied mix of work, we are looking for someone who is comfortable developing UI alongside our web team as they are creating campaign assets for socials or beautifully crafted design for print. Whatever the format, brand identity must sit at the heart of the thinking, supported by a strong understanding of narrative, typography, layout and the traditional principles of graphic design.
The Opportunity
Everything is a team effort here. Since 2009 we have been growing steadily and now the team is a tight and ambitious 12. With that we are big enough to cover a broad range of work but small enough that everyone pulls together to get work over the line as a team. No two days are the same at Geo and that’s the way we like it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
