ABOUT RESTLESS

We're a new type of social agency, built on AI. We launched 5-6 months ago with one aim: to replace the old agency model with world-class creative talent, powered by our own AI platform, Antenna.

We're a fun, small team in London and we want to build in public. The wins, the challenges, the office trends that went better than expected. Take a look at @restlessdotco to see what we're like.

Joining now means you'll help shape what Restless looks like on social, not just slot into something that's already been decided.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a Social Creative who lives on the right side of the algorithm.

You’ll create social-first content for both Restless and our clients, helping turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch, share and engage with.

This is a hands-on role for someone with around 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Social Creative, getting involved across the full social process - from coming up with ideas and developing content strategies to shooting, editing, posting and analysing performance.

We work with a wide range of brands, so no two days look the same.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver short-form social content across client accounts & Restless’ own channels across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Come up with social-first ideas, hooks, formats and content series tailored to different brands and audiences
  • Support the planning and execution of social shoots, from quick reactive content to more planned original series
  • Shoot high-quality content on mobile that feels native to the platform
  • Edit your own content using CapCut, Premiere or similar
  • Write captions, optimise content for search and stay on top of trends, formats and platform changes
  • Use performance data to understand what is working, what isn't and how we can improve
  • Support the development of social strategies and content pillars for clients
  • Support client shoots and work directly with clients when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need to know everything already.

We're looking for someone who is fun, curious, proactive and excited to learn, but who can also take an idea and turn it into a piece of content without needing their hand held through every step.

You should be comfortable getting stuck in - whether that's pitching an idea, jumping in front of the camera, filming on an iPhone, editing content or figuring out why a Reel that should have worked absolutely didn't 😂.

You'll be working closely with our Senior Social Creative, so this is a great opportunity to learn quickly, get hands-on experience across multiple brands and develop your strategic and creative skills in a fast-moving startup environment.
