Are you caring, approachable, and passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for children? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our team at Lift Anglesey and help make lunchtimes a safe, enjoyable, and positive part of the school day.
About The Role
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the safety, welfare, and positive behaviour of our pupils during lunchtime.
- Supervise pupils across dining areas, playgrounds, and other areas of the school
- Encourage positive behaviour and respectful interactions
- Help keep lunchtime areas safe and tidy
- Support activities where required
- Respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their school experience.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and young people
- Is calm, patient, caring, and approachable
- Has good communication skills and can communicate clearly with pupils
- Can promote positive behaviour and respectful relationships
- Can use their initiative and respond calmly to different situations
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Previous experience as a Midday Supervisor or working with children in a school environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience of supervising children as a parent or carer is welcomed.

This is a part-time position, working 6.25 hours per week, with an immediate start.
