Midday Supervisor - Beaucroft Foundation School

We are currently recruiting to expand our brilliant staff team and strengthening it further in all areas of the school and college. We are looking for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor who will be based at either our School site in Colehill or College site in the heart of Wimborne, with a “can do” attitude. This is a fantastic time to join our wonderful Beaucroft team.

The role involves ensuring the safety, general welfare, and conduct of pupils during lunch as well as cleaning and other duties in and around the class and hall between 11.00am and 2.00pm, Monday to Friday during Term Time. You will join one of our departments, where you can really get to know the pupils and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience in our school, and for some successful candidates can lead to TA employment. Many of our midday supervisors work extra hours supporting the teachers and TA's outside of their lunchtime hours (by mutual agreement, there is no expectation to be able to provide additional hours). As a SEN education provider, you must have experience of working with children/young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities or have a desire to up-skill in this area.
