Midday Supervisory Assistant Vacancy
6.25 hours per week, 1.25 hour per day over the lunch time period.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Rowley Hall Primary School, part of the Elliot Foundation Academy, for a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunch time team. We joined The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust in February 2025, a successful multi-academy trust specialising in the primary sector. We are building a thriving community of primary schools that succeeds on behalf of its children and communities. The Trust currently has three clusters of schools in the West Midlands, London and East Anglia which serve approximately 10,000 children and are supported by central and regional teams.
The Elliot Foundation's recent Ofsted report praised us as a ‘wholeheartedly inclusive’, ‘Deliberately non-hierarchical’, reflective and open minded’ academy trust.

We wish to appoint an individual who will work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative to maintain a good standard of manners, respect and engagement with pupils over the lunch time period, as well as assisting pupils in the dining hall. This role is a demanding and rewarding one, with opportunities to interact and see the growth of independence in all ages of pupils. Your role will work on rotation of different year groups each half term. Although you will be predominantly working with pupils you will also be engaging with all levels of staff daily.

Lunchtime service runs from 11.10am – 1.20pm you will be expected to work 1 hour 15 mins during this period in the assigned year group.
