SCHOOL VACANCY
Ralph Butterfield Primary School
We are looking to recruit a caring, positive, and proactive Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to join our friendly staff team here at Ralph Butterfield Primary School.
Are you an enthusiastic and cheerful individual? Are you someone who is able to enthuse children and effectively support their wellbeing? Are you able to promote positive play and support high standards of behaviour? Do you enjoy working as part of a team? If so, we are looking for you.
Successful candidates would work with our children to ensure that they have a really positive and enjoyable experience at lunchtime, following our positive behaviour management procedures and in line with our school's caring ethos.
This role is Monday to Friday, term-time for a total of 6 hours 15 minutes a week, with 1 hour 15 minutes to be worked daily. The daily hours are to be worked as directed by the Headteacher and/or Senior Midday Supervisory Assistant (between the hours of 11:50am - 1:30pm). Candidates unable to work every day are also welcome to apply.

The post is to work during school term time and training days (39 weeks of the year).

Hours are Monday to Friday, term-time for a total of 6 hours 15 minutes a week paid at Grade 2, term-time only plus 5 training days.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We have a culture of vigilance. We will require the successful applicant to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS. We will conduct an online search in relation to shortlisted candidates.
This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and as such shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Disqualification Declaration. Any information supplied will be discussed at interview.
