Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in United Kingdom.
This is an opportunity to manage and scale affiliate partnerships for an AI-focused digital product in a global, remote environment. You will also contribute market intelligence by monitoring competitors and identifying relevant opportunities. The position is well suited to an analytical, commercially minded affiliate professional who enjoys working with international partners.
Accountabilities
- Manage and scale an existing portfolio of affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial models, including onboarding, creative selection, landing page setup, tracking configuration, and quality assurance.
- Monitor daily and weekly partner KPIs such as traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI, identifying underperforming placements and working with partners on optimization.
- Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, investigate discrepancies between partner and internal statistics, and coordinate resolution of tracking or attribution issues.
- Keep affiliate partner records and databases accurate, including contacts, commercial terms, geographic coverage, status, and next steps.
- Support Business Development with the launch and scaling of new custom partnerships after commercial terms are agreed, including technical setup, initial monitoring, and optimization.
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share relevant market findings, opportunities, and developments with the broader team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
