This role is in the Corporate & Commercial Banking Securities department. You will be working with one of the various teams dealing with administration of the Bank’s Corporate and Commercial Security documents and files.
You’ll be part of a team responsible for reviewing facility and security documents and supporting Front Office in managing corporate and commercial customers through the fulfilment process, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our teams cover all aspects of Corporate and Commercial core lending products with direct customer interaction and management of key agents (including solicitors and valuers) and stakeholders (including Relationship Teams, Credit, Products, Legal and Property Risk Management). As part of the new Delivery and Security team you will work alongside colleagues responsible for delivering loans and lending facilities for CCB with transaction values up to £350m.

- Carrying out document review tasks in the Securities Team, exhibiting a methodical approach and high attention to detail.
- Demonstrating a customer-first approach, always providing a short and certain customer journey.
- Identifying and reporting any concerns or potential improvements relating to process or customer experience.
- Helping Securities to support all stakeholders and customers and maintaining the Bank’s security records and database.

- Helping Securities to support all stakeholders and customers and maintaining the Bank’s security records and database.

Professional Experience
- Good knowledge of legal and securities documentation, processes, controls, policies, procedures and terminology. (Required)
- Experience of work of an administrative nature, e.g. reviewing/handling documentation, data review and entry, etc. (Required)
- Excellent organisational and written & oral communication skills. (Required)
- A ‘can do’ attitude and desire to learn quickly and communicate effectively within the team. (Required)
- Able to manage own workload and work effectively as part of a larger team. (Required)
- Competent IT skills. (Required)
Additional Experience
- Experience of working in financial services particularly in commercial lending/securities operations or in a legal services firm dealing with banking/finance/real estate documentation.
- Knowledge of commercial lending/security documentation, processes, controls, policies, procedures and/or terminology. (Required)
- A desire to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and customers. (Required)
- Knowledge of Excel and data review/analysis and working in a digital environment. (Required)
Hard Skills
- Good knowledge of legal and securities documentation, processes, controls, policies, procedures and terminology. (Required)
- Experience of work of an administrative nature, e.g. reviewing/handling documentation, data review and data entry, etc. (Required)
Soft Skills
- Excellent organisational and written & oral communication skills. (Required)

Salary Range:
£25,152.00 - £37,728.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
