Work Environment

The role operates within a structured programme environment focused on implementing Aladdin in Middle Office operations. You will work closely with Front Office teams, custodians, administrators, external providers, and internal technology teams, using project planning and tracking tools to manage delivery. The environment is detail-oriented and change-focused, requiring careful documentation, testing, and coordination across multiple workstreams. Working patterns typically follow standard professional office hours, with additional flexibility around key implementation phases such as UAT, pilot, parallel run, and go-live.
