A small prestigious international Bank has an exciting opportunity to join its growing Operations area in a varied middle office role.

Your duties will include:

  • Working on all aspects relating to the documentation and execution of corporate and commercial lending transactions - including end-to-end processing for syndicated/bilateral loans, commercial property loans, secondary market trades, guarantees etc
  • Loan Documentation - preparing, reviewing, and validating loan documentation for new facilities, amendments, renewals, and restructurings in line with facility documentation, LMA/LSTA standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and tracking documentation status
  • Overseeing lifecycle events including amendments, waivers, drawdowns, repayments, interest events, covenant monitoring (including ESG) and collateral monitoring
  • Reviewing and processing loan drawdown and rollover requests
  • Reviewing Guarantee and Counter indemnity documentation to ensure wording reflects approved credit terms, and any necessary amendments/updates completed, ensuring all guarantees and supporting documents are properly drafted
  • Assisting with onboarding and frontline CDD requirements
  • Transaction management

Your experience must include:

  • Proven relevant experience of syndicated, bilateral & property loans documentation gained working in banking
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and SWIFT
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Being a team player to assist in a varied operations role
  • Degree educated
