We are seeking a Vice President to lead Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding across EMEA within our Alpha Client Implementations team.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing client onboarding delivery, leading regional teams, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes for the reconciliation workstream within complex, multi-workstream programs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in middle office operations, reconciliation, or large-scale client implementations who can:

You will help ensure that client onboarding is delivered in a structured, scalable, and predictable way—supporting smooth transitions into live operations and long-term client success.

What you will be responsible for

This role combines regional leadership, client engagement, and delivery excellence to drive successful onboarding outcomes at scale.

  • Lead reconciliation onboarding initiatives across EMEA, with accountability for delivery across multiple complex client programs
  • Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure successful execution of onboarding milestones and consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Act as a senior escalation point for delivery, operational, and client-related issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with program leads and stakeholders to design practical, achievable onboarding approaches
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on reconciliation processes, operating models, and delivery considerations
  • Support informed decision-making by providing clear insights into risks, trade-offs, and delivery options
  • Establish strong governance, documentation, and execution discipline across onboarding activities
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and non-standard requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure clients transition smoothly into live operations with stable, supportable processes
  • Promote structured, predictable delivery aligned with enterprise standards and governance practices
  • Drive the adoption of standardized onboarding approaches, tools, and templates to enable consistency across programs
  • Promote scalable solutions and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to enhance onboarding capabilities, including automation and AI-enabled solutions
  • Drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance scalability, improve delivery predictability, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Build long-term team capability and resilience through coaching, delegation, and knowledge sharing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
