MIDDLE OFFICE – TRADE FINANCE
Location: London / Greater London
Rate: £300 per day
Initial Contract: 3 months
Extension: Possible
🇬🇧 UK-based candidates with a UK passport / existing UK right to work are preferred.
Sector: Banking / Financial Services
We’re looking for high-calibre banking professionals with strong experience across Trade Finance, Credit Administration, and Loans Administration to join a busy Middle Office function in London.
Key Areas of Experience
Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in:
- Trade Finance Operations
- Credit Administration / Credit Documentation
- Loans / Lending Administration
- Documentary Credits / Letters of Credit (LCs)
- Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs)
- Guarantees & Bonds
- Receivables / Funded Finance
- Loan transaction processing from Credit Approval through Drawdown
- Documentation, custody, settlements, repayments & fee processing
- KYC, AML, Sanctions & Transactional Due Diligence
- Risk, controls, reconciliations, and exception management

What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years' banking operations experience
- Ideally 3+ years specifically within Trade Finance Operations
- Strong banking background is essential
- Experience with Corporate Credit Administration / Lending Operations
- Good understanding of UCP, ISBP, URDG, and ISP
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products and international trade operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Middle Office environment and manage deadlines
- Candidates should be London-based or within a reasonable commuting distance
