Role Overview
The main goal of this role is to find insights in data and turn them into concrete solutions that drive the growth of the JustDone product and business.

- Over 3 million user-generated content units each month;
- Own AI and NLP solutions: AI Detector, Text Humanization Engines, AI Research Assistant.
Your Future Environment

- Leader of the department: Sergii, BI & Analytics Lead. Working with Sergii allows for a lot of independence: he will not break down every task into steps but will enable you to figure things out yourself, ask the right questions, and find the best solution. At the same time, Sergii is always ready to step in where it is truly necessary.

The team pays much attention to ensuring that analytics are not just numbers and reports. It is important to understand what happened, why it happened, and how it can be influenced. The team actively uses AI and automation to reduce the number of routine tasks, giving analysts more time for complex research and insight discovery.
In This Role, You Will
- Be a full partner of the product team, not just executing SQL queries.
- Focus on finding the reasons for changes in metrics, product insights, and recommendations that influence the team's decisions.
- Work with a large B2C product where analytics directly impacts its development.
- Dive into AI, subscription model, product experiments, and user behavior.
Your Area of Influence
- Analyze product indicators, find growth points, and generate ideas for product improvement and user attraction.
- Conduct the full cycle of A/B tests—from forming a hypothesis to analyzing and validating the results.
- Work with revenue stream management—analyze projected revenue, subscriptions, their price and duration, and find opportunities to increase revenue and improve ROI.
- Prepare analytical reports and build dashboards, including data visualization.
- Research product metrics and their drivers to understand the reasons for changes in key indicators.
- Analyze user behavior, find patterns, and form hypotheses for product development based on the insights.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in product analytics is a priority. We also consider candidates with experience in data, marketing, or payment analytics.
- Experience with BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / Superset / Looker / Metabase or similar.
- Confident proficiency in SQL.
- Data-driven approach to work and the ability to navigate the tree of product metrics, understand their relationships, and impact on business results.
- Experience with A/B tests and product hypotheses.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deeply dive into issues.
- High prioritization and time management skills, independence in handling tasks.
- Experience in covering new functionality with tracking and understanding the principles of product data collection.
- Ability to explain complex conclusions simply and justify recommendations for product, marketing, design, and management teams.

Your Path to the Boosters Team
