We provide bespoke software development, digital transformation consulting, team augmentation, and ongoing technical support, helping clients build custom products and scale their capabilities quickly with experienced professionals.
The Role
We’re looking for a Middle to Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to take ownership of QA practices across our projects and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and overall quality of the software we deliver.
You’ll be involved throughout the Software Development Life Cycle — from defining acceptance criteria and test cases to planning and executing testing, supporting product releases, and continuously improving QA processes.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on manual QA, while also helping shape the transition toward more automated testing as our teams and projects evolve. You’ll work closely with Engineers, Product stakeholders, and technical leadership to establish high-quality standards and ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
QA Strategy & Process
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve manual QA practices, processes, and standards.
- Help define QA approaches, acceptance criteria, test coverage, and release quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing documentation based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Advocate for quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and promote a strong quality-focused culture within the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
