Middleweight Interior Designer

Are you a talented Middleweight Interior Designer looking for a new challenge and some new experience?

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident designer who enjoys taking ownership of their work, contributing creative ideas, and collaborating with a wider design team to bring concepts through to detailed delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing creative design concepts and supporting projects from initial ideas through to completion.
  • Producing high-quality presentation materials, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Building and managing accurate 3D models for design development and visualisation.
  • Working across all RIBA work stages, ensuring deliverables are produced to a high standard.
  • Coordinating layouts, space planning, and design information throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assisting with FF&E selection, specification, and supplier coordination.
  • Collaborating closely with senior designers, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

About you

You'll be an experienced interior designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and technical capability. You're comfortable managing your own workload, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working within a collaborative studio environment.

You'll also have:

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience using Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • A solid understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and experience delivering projects across multiple stages.
  • Confidence producing concept design packages alongside detailed technical information.
  • Excellent space planning and interior architecture skills.
  • Experience preparing models and visuals for internal reviews and client presentations.
  • Knowledge of FF&E specification and supplier coordination.
  • Previous experience working on Leisure and hospitality projects is essential.
