Middleweight Interior Designer

London | Up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Middleweight Interior Designer to join one of the world's leading workplace design and fit-out businesses.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile commercial workplace projects for some of the most recognisable brands across the UK and internationally. You'll be joining a collaborative, design-led team that delivers innovative, people-focused workplaces from concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will already be an established Middleweight Interior Designer, although experienced Junior Designers looking to take the next step in their career will also be considered.

The Role

Working alongside a highly experienced design team, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, producing creative concepts and developing them into technically deliverable solutions.

You will:

  • Design innovative and inspiring commercial workplace environments.
  • Produce concept designs, presentations and client-facing documentation.
  • Develop detailed design packages using Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Design, Workplace Strategy, Pre-Construction and Project Delivery teams.
  • Attend client meetings, workshops and presentations where required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest creative and technical standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

  • Previous experience designing commercial office workplaces.
  • Proficiency in Revit (essential).
  • Ideally a background within the Design & Build (D&B) sector, however designers traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent space planning and technical design skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workplace interior design projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
