Job Title: Middleweight Account Manager

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid (Guildford / Surrey | London | WFH)

About Wild VC

Wild VC (Wild Visual Communications Ltd.) is a B Corp-certified brand activation agency delivering dreaming up, designing and bringing to life brand moments across a range of industries from retail and events through to sports and corporates. We build solutions from the ground up—practical, sustainable, and ethically delivered as standard.

The role

As the Middleweight Account Manager, you will sit at the intersection of client services, internal creative production, and external supply chain management. You are the engine that keeps our client relationships thriving, our internal design team focused, and our physical activations running on time and on budget.

You will work directly alongside Wild’s founder to help support and build bigger and better campaigns and experiences for our clients as well as having the chance to have an impact on the future of the business.

Your day-to-day will always be varied; meeting clients and taking briefs, coordinating internally to ensure we’re always nailing it, visiting suppliers for quality control and being onsite when installations go live. Once a week you will meet up with the founder for face-to-face days in Surrey to discuss everything that’s going on, and in addition there will also be regular in-person days with the wider team in Central London.

In order to thrive, you will be friendly, kind and honest, as well as driven to always dream bigger. You’ll have an eye for detail, and be able to defend your opinions and ideas, whilst also being open to feedback and change. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for our existing clients with whom you will seek to build closer ties.
  • Act as the account manager for new clients (in conjunction with senior management)
  • Commercially grow existing accounts, whilst ensuring excellent value and service for our clients.
  • Define and manage clear timelines for projects from brief to completion and maintain communication to ensure everything remains on track.
  • Be the voice of the client within the business.
  • Work alongside our existing operations team in order to help coordinate and manage supply chain expectations and requirements.
  • Work closely with the studio team to ensure projects always exceed clients expectations.
  • Create and foster your own pool of new clients wherever possible.
  • Be part of the pitch process for new opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
