About the Role

3 month FTC

We're looking for an experienced Middleweight Art director to join our team, working for a premium global jewellery brand. You'll lead the adaptation and execution of global campaigns across digital-first channels, including email, web and banners.

Working as an extension of our client's in-house creative team, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, copy leads, designers and channel teams to bring global campaigns to life across the customer journey.

This is a unique opportunity for a design-led creative with a deep understanding of how to translate established brand campaigns into compelling, customer-centric experiences across owned digital touchpoints. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every interaction feels seamless, premium and unmistakably on-brand.

With a focus on email and owned digital channels, you'll work closely with the Creative Director, client stakeholders and channel leads to bring campaign ideas to life across the customer journey. Working from established campaign assets, brand guidelines, channel requirements and sometimes highly prescriptive briefs, you'll help create a consistent narrative across touchpoints, using your design eye and storytelling skills to elevate every execution while staying true to the brand.

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional creative craft with channel-first thinking, strategic awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

You'll have a passion for luxury aesthetics, fashion and culture, a strong point of view on design, and the ability to transform campaign ideas into customer experiences that feel both emotionally engaging and commercially effective.

In addition to outstanding design skills, you'll have an appreciation for motion and storytelling, with experience creating or directing high-quality GIFs, animations and short-form video content that help bring campaign storytelling to life across digital channels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
