The Studio
This established south London architecture and interior design practice delivers considered, design-led projects across workplace, hospitality, and residential sectors, combining creative thinking with thoughtful materials and well-resolved technical detail.
The studio places real value on its people, with a collaborative, inclusive culture and a commitment to developing talent from within. Designers are encouraged to contribute ideas, learn from experienced colleagues, and take on greater responsibility as they progress.
The Opportunity
As a Middleweight Interior Designer, you will initially join the team on a workplace project, with opportunities to work across the practice’s wider hospitality and residential portfolio.
You will help develop projects from concept through to delivery, taking ownership of specific elements under the guidance of senior designers and project leaders. The role combines creative development with technical resolution, including design presentations, detailed drawing packages, and coordination with the wider project team. Strong Revit proficiency is essential, and you will need to be confident using it for hands-on drawing production and technical development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
