Salary: £40,000–£60,000 (dependent on experience)
We're recruiting a Middleweight Designer for a confidential ad agency client - an independent, award-winning creative and brand strategy agency known for campaigns that get noticed.

This is a generalist role for a designer who's found their craft and wants room to grow it - building out high level consumer campaigns, brand identity work with the skills to bring ideas to life in motion, with support from senior designers along the way. You'll work across a varied client roster spanning several major consumer and lifestyle sectors.
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years' agency experience (we are looking for someone already fluent in ad agency process)
- Solid After Effects foundations with appetite to grow
- Genuine curiosity about GenAI tools as part of your process
- A portfolio showing real range and growing craft in brand and campaign work
