As part of our globally connected creative team, you'll have the opportunity to work on everything from strategic rebrands and new product innovation to limited editions, shopper experiences and brand refreshes. You'll be supported by experienced creative leaders while being trusted to own projects, challenge thinking and make your mark.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across a portfolio of exciting FMCG, skincare and consumer brands, helping bring new ideas, innovations and visual identities to life.

Projects could include:

  • Developing packaging and brand identities for globally recognised brands
  • Creating compelling design concepts grounded in consumer insight
  • Designing limited editions, seasonal launches and new product innovations
  • Refreshing and evolving established brands to keep them culturally relevant and commercially effective
  • Translating strategy into exceptional creative execution across multiple touchpoints
  • Collaborating with Creative Directors, Strategists and Client Services teams to deliver standout work
  • Presenting ideas confidently and contributing to internal creative reviews

One day you might be developing a strategic rebrand; the next, bringing a new flavour launch to life or creating a visual world for a seasonal campaign. Variety, pace and creativity are at the heart of this role.

What We're Looking For

You're already an accomplished designer who has built strong foundations within a branding, packaging or design agency environment and are looking for the opportunity to step up.

You'll bring:

  • 2-5 years' experience within a brand, design, communications or media agency
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging and visual identity work
  • Excellent conceptual and craft skills across brand and pack design
  • The ability to think strategically as well as creatively
  • Experience creating design systems, architectures and visual worlds that can scale across SKUs, variants or markets
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Dimension
  • Confidence using Keynote, Miro and visual presentation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge briefs constructively
  • The agility to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Bonus points if you love exploring trends, consumer behaviour, photography, typography, illustration, motion design and emerging creative technologies.
