Strategic, visionary and out to defy expectations, this creative studio isn’t in the business of delivering your average marketing - they’re a small team with a big vision who are here to push creative boundaries.
Crafting pioneering marketing strategies to get the right people noticing their clients, they’re looking for a Brand & Digital Designer who can make the most of their expertise to help brands align their offline and online identities.
The Role
You'll lead brand and digital design across a varied client portfolio - short-form social and campaign work at one end, longer strategic brand initiatives at the other. The point of the role is that you contribute ideas, not just execute them. You'll generate and pitch concepts internally and directly to clients, and you'll help shape creative direction from early thinking through to finished work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The remit spans branding, web, motion and campaigns. You'll work with real independence across concurrent projects, translating strategic briefs into work that aligns how a brand looks online and off. Because the team is lean and senior, you sit close to the founders and Creative Director on brand-defining projects - the kind that get presented at industry events, not buried in a process.

The Person
