We're looking for a talented Middleweight Designer

Who can bring fresh ideas, strong visual craft and brilliant attention to detail to our in-house Creative Studio.

As part of the Brand & Communications team

You'll join a collaborative group of designers and creatives who produce work that not only looks great but drives measurable business results. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, product and digital teams, you'll create engaging campaigns, content and customer experiences. From brand campaigns to digital journeys, member communications and social media assets, you'll play a key role in shaping how the RAC is presented across multiple channels.

Skills and experience required

Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential along with a good understanding of how AI can support the creative process. You'll also be confident bringing static ads and graphics to life, using After Effects, to create digital assets and Pmax assets to create visually compelling customer communications.

We're looking for someone with 4-5 years' experience gained within either an agency or in-house environment, who can quickly make an impact, manage multiple projects and confidently take creative briefs from concept through to delivery.

About the Role

While this is an in-house role, the team operates in an agency model. The work is fast-paced and varied, and you'll work across all communication points with a variety of business teams. You will concept, collaborate, and present your work to stakeholders at all levels.

This is currently a hybrid role, working 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our Bradley Stoke office and three days a week from home, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic, collaborative and supportive team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
