The Studio
This east London interior design studio specialises in characterful, high-end hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. Its portfolio spans boutique and large-scale hotels, restaurants, bars and wider hospitality-led schemes, ranging from historic conversions to new-build destinations.
The studio received several Restaurant & Bar Design Awards last year and continues to work with leading hospitality clients, including a luxury boutique hotel group. Current projects include a new west London opening for a Michelin-starred chef.
The average tenure within the team is seven years, reflecting a supportive culture and the opportunities designers are given to develop within the studio. Alongside a strong project pipeline, the studio offers hybrid working, regular team events and the chance to travel internationally where projects require it.

This is an opportunity for a middleweight interior designer with strong hospitality experience to join an established team and work across projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with the project Senior Designer and Associate, you will support creative development, prepare design concepts, develop finishes schemes, produce drawings and specifications, and help ensure projects are delivered to a high standard. The role calls for someone who can combine design flair with strong organisation and a careful eye for detail.
You will contribute to original interior concepts, space planning, FF&E design and specification, and technical drawing packages, while managing multiple tasks efficiently across live projects. There will also be the opportunity to take ownership of aspects of the work and support more junior members of the team.

- At least 4 years experience working on hospitality projects
- Strong creative flair and a genuine passion for hospitality design
- Ability to develop original interior design concepts and space planning proposals
- Experience designing and specifying FF&E
- Confident producing technical design drawings and specifications
- Professional proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of materiality and finishes
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to studio working
- Positive, solutions-focused and adaptable when working across changing project needs
- Able to work flexibly to project briefs and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
