Sanders Studios
Sanders Studios is an employee-owned, international design communication agency partnering with leading names in superyacht, luxury real estate, architecture and interior design.
Since 2003, we’ve specialised in transforming complex design concepts into high-end visual and immersive experiences. As an employee-owned company, you’ll join a team where your work directly contributes to our future and where you share in the success we create together.
The Role
We’re looking for a Mid/Senior-level XR Developer to join our growing Immersive Media team.
Working primarily in Unreal Engine, you’ll develop custom AR/VR applications and interactive experiences across multiple platforms, helping us deliver innovative technology for some of the world’s most considered design projects.
This is a varied role that goes beyond project delivery. You’ll play an active part in our R&D programme, helping us develop and refine our own products as we work towards bringing them to wider markets.
You’ll work closely with artists, designers and project leads, solving technical challenges and helping shape how our immersive experiences are built, deployed and experienced.
About You
You’re an experienced Unreal developer who enjoys solving problems and working on projects that don’t always follow a standard formula.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
