Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the United Kingdom.
Join a fast-growing AI organization at a pivotal stage of international expansion, supporting the team behind a platform used by tens of millions of people worldwide. You’ll play a central role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across global markets, with a particular focus on technology. Working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, you’ll help build teams that can support the company’s next phase of growth. The role combines hands-on sourcing and recruitment with opportunities to improve processes, introduce AI-powered tools, and strengthen employer branding. You’ll operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment alongside an international team of experienced technology professionals. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on both the people strategy and the continued growth of a category-defining AI business.
Accountabilities
- Global talent sourcing: Identify, map, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across major technology hubs worldwide, including both active and passive talent.
- AI-first recruitment: Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and unconventional channels to develop efficient and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Talent relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates to create strong talent pipelines ahead of future hiring needs.
- Candidate experience: Own the candidate journey from initial contact through offer and closing, ensuring every interaction is professional, transparent, respectful, and engaging.
- Candidate assessment: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment, providing clear and actionable feedback to hiring managers and leadership.
- Hiring operations: Partner with founders, team leads, and other stakeholders to streamline recruitment workflows, reduce friction, and improve hiring operations as the organization grows.
- Employer branding: Contribute to initiatives, content, and campaigns that strengthen the organization’s position as an attractive destination for exceptional global AI and technology talent.
- Talent acquisition innovation: Experiment with new sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, workflows, and strategies to continuously raise hiring quality and efficiency.

Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on technology recruitment.
- Previous experience working within a startup or scale-up, ideally in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated global sourcing experience, with exposure to recruiting talent across regions such as Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
- Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English.
- A goal-oriented, ownership-driven approach and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes.
- A doer mindset, comfortable balancing execution, planning, and strategic thinking in a rapidly changing environment.
- A humble, curious attitude, with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
- Comfort recruiting for AI products that may involve uncensored models and content.
- Nice to have: Experience recruiting within the AI sector or strong familiarity with AI and LLM technologies.
- Nice to have: Experience or exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
