About The Role

As a Midweight Art Director at Ogilvy Health, you’ll be the creative force turning client briefs into original, impactful visual ideas that resonate with healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. Working closely with copywriters and the wider creative team, you'll develop concepts that make an instant, positive impact by translating complex scientific data into compelling, human-centric visual stories.

We’re looking for a highly collaborative creative who thinks beyond traditional layouts to craft ideas that live across every channel, from digital and social to high-science medical education. You'll not only support the team in delivering world-class work for our clients but also bring your creative energy to new business pitches and proactive ideas. We'd love to see examples of the work you’re able to share in your portfolio!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strong visual concepts and campaigns under the guidance of our Creative Directors.
  • Manage your own projects efficiently, ensuring all creative work is delivered on brief and on time.
  • Translate complex scientific concepts, data, and patient insights into clear, engaging, and visually stunning creative work.
  • Collaborate fluidly with our strategy, medical writing, account services, and production teams.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, digital innovations, and platform capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
