About Utilise Social
We’re a performance, branding and growth marketing agency working with ambitious ecommerce brands.
We help brands grow through paid media, creative, web, CRO and CRM, all under one roof.
We’re not a traditional agency where design is produced in a silo and passed over with no context. Our creative team works closely with paid media, strategy, email and web to create stronger work, test faster and understand what is actually driving results.
We care about producing design that looks good, but more importantly, design that communicates clearly, builds trust and drives action.
The Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Conceptual Creative Designer who can produce high-quality work across paid social, email, presentations and wider brand assets. You’ll work across a range of ecommerce and growth brands, taking briefs and turning them into clear, polished and commercially effective creative.
The majority of the role will involve:
- Static paid social ads
- Email campaign and flow designs
- Client-facing decks and presentations
- Landing page and website assets
- Flyers, posters and print materials
- Brand and campaign assets
- Light motion and video support where needed
This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, works well at pace and wants their design work to have a clear commercial purpose.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists, Paid Media Managers, Email Team, Video Editors and Web Team to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid platforms
- Creating email designs for Klaviyo and Omnisend campaigns and flows
- Turning creative briefs into strong, clear and engaging visual concepts
- Building variations of successful ad concepts for ongoing testing
- Designing client decks, PDFs, presentations and pitch materials
- Creating landing page assets and supporting wider website design work
- Producing flyers, posters, event artwork and other print assets when needed
- Adapting creative for different formats, sizes and placements
- Keeping Figma files, templates and design systems organised
- Working across multiple brands while maintaining consistency
- Using performance feedback to improve future creative
- Supporting light motion design, animated text and basic video assets where useful
- Using AI tools to improve ideation, production speed and workflow efficiency
- Bringing new ideas to briefs rather than simply following instructions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
