We’re looking for an ambitious Midweight Creative to join an independent agency, working across shopper marketing, activations, new business and integrated campaigns.
You’ll be coming up with ideas that live beyond traditional advertising — from shopper platforms and retail experiences to promotions, experiential, events and activations. You’ll take ideas from the initial concept through to execution, working across the full shopper journey in Off Trade and On Trade, with Global Travel Retail experience a bonus.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Coming up with big, engaging creative ideas for shopper, BTL and activation briefs.
- Developing concepts and bringing them to life through moodboards, visual references and scamps.
- Art directing 2D and 3D designers across retail spaces, displays and wider campaign assets.
- Working closely with Creative, Strategy and Design to develop ideas and turn them into strong creative work.
- Helping shape creative toolkits and overseeing their rollout across design teams.
- Getting involved in copy when needed, whether that’s writing yourself or working alongside a copywriter.
- Getting under the skin of brands, audiences and the wider FMCG landscape to make sure your ideas are both creatively strong and commercially relevant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
