About the role.
We're looking for a Midweight Creative Artworker to join our creative team and help bring the Zilch brand to life across every customer touchpoint.
As Zilch continues to scale, so does the demand for fast, high-quality creative. You'll work closely with designers, copywriters and marketers to roll out campaigns across multiple formats and channels. From versioning paid social campaigns to creating assets from established templates and supporting the wider creative team as priorities evolve, you'll help deliver creative work efficiently while maintaining the quality and consistency our customers expect.
Day to day responsibilities.
- Take approved campaign creative and version it across static and motion formats for paid social.
- Create polished, on-brand marketing assets using established templates, delivering consistent, high-quality work at pace.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters and marketers to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support the wider Creative team with artwork across campaigns, CRM and other marketing briefs as priorities evolve.
- Prepare artwork across multiple formats, channels and platform specifications.
- Work within a regulated environment, ensuring assets are accurate, compliant and ready for sign-off.
- Help maintain creative templates, asset libraries and production workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple briefs while maintaining quality, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.
- Champion the Zilch brand across every asset, no matter how big or small the brief.

What we're looking for...
- You love the craft of artworking and genuinely care about the details.
- You have experience creating assets for digital channels, including paid social and CRM.
- You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates pixel-perfect precision and consistent execution across a range of digital work.
- You're highly proficient in Figma, Photoshop and After Effects.
- You're comfortable using AI as part of your creative workflow, whether that's generating imagery, exploring ideas or speeding up production. You know how to use AI tools effectively to support creative production while applying your judgement to ensure high-quality, on-brand outputs.
- You're organised, work at pace and know how to juggle multiple deadlines without compromising on quality.
- You're confident making production decisions within established brand guidelines, knowing when to seek guidance on more complex and ambiguous requirements.
- You enjoy collaborating with designers, copywriters and marketers, and understand that great creative is a team effort.
