We’re looking for a Midweight Creative to support projects across CapCut, AITO, a Huawei-powered luxury EV brand, and other fast-moving global brand projects.
This can be a solo creative or a creative duo.
If you are applying as a solo creative, you should ideally come from a writing / copy / conceptual background.
This is an initial role to start, with the possibility to extend if the fit is right.
We’re looking for someone who can turn messy business, product and cultural context into clear creative ideas. Someone who can think across campaigns, social content, films, launch stories and pitch decks.
The work sits across tech, cars, creator culture, AI tools, luxury EVs and cross-cultural brand building.
You should be interested in how brands travel across markets, how ideas shift between cultures, and how to make work feel sharp, native and alive without losing what makes the brand distinctive.
The Role Includes
- Developing creative ideas across tech, mobility, creator culture and lifestyle brands.
- Writing campaign lines, social ideas, film ideas, scripts, manifestos and presentation copy.
- Turning loose strategic thinking into clear creative routes.
- Helping shape launch narratives, brand platforms and content directions.
- Thinking across social, film, digital, creator content and pitch presentations.
- Building simple reference boards, creative territories and idea decks.
- Helping make complex product and brand stories feel simple, sharp and culturally understandable.
- Collaborating with strategists, designers, directors, AI creators and production partners.
- Working comfortably with teams across different time zones, especially between the UK and Asia.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring
- You are not new to this. You know the work.
- You can generate ideas, not just write lines.
- You can write clearly, sharply and naturally.
- You understand the difference between a campaign idea, a social idea, a film idea and a deck line.
- You are culturally curious, especially around technology, cars, creator culture and global brands.
- You can make complicated things feel simple without making them feel basic.
- You are comfortable working with imperfect briefs, fast feedback and changing directions.
- You do not need to be a designer, but you need a good visual eye.
- You do not need to be a strategist, but you need to understand the business problem behind the work.
- You can take direction, but you can also bring your own judgement.
- You are hands-on, collaborative and able to move quickly.

Changing Creative is a London-based creative studio built for brands trying to leave home properly.
We work across strategy, film, design, social content and brand storytelling, helping Chinese and Asian brands move into Western markets without sounding like they were translated behind a VPN.
We don’t just localise. We help brands find the story, tone and visual language they need to travel without losing the soul that made them worth exporting in the first place.
