We’re looking for a creative thinker who can turn insight into ideas and bring compelling stories to life across multiple channels for our award-winning Business and Corporate team.
The Role
With a few years of agency or in-house experience behind you, you’ll play a key role in creating effective B2B and corporate communications, working across campaigns, content, social, video, events and brand activity.
As a Midweight Creative, you’ll be part of Tangerine’s industry-leading Creative team to develop ideas that help our B2B and corporate clients engage audiences, build reputation and achieve commercial objectives.
From shaping campaign concepts and developing content to supporting pitches and producing creative assets, you’ll bring strategic thinking and creative flair to every stage of the process.
You’ll immerse yourself in the industries and policy environments our clients work in, learning what keeps their audiences up at night and the creative that will make them notice us.
You’ll collaborate closely with our teams of strategists, producers, designers and videographers to ensure ideas are not only imaginative, but also practical, effective and aligned to client goals.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for B2B and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
- Monitor clients’ worlds for creative opportunities to help people connect with their work and promote their products.
- Create engaging communications for campaigns, social media, video, events, thought leadership and brand activity.
- Work closely with strategy and client teams to translate complex challenges into clear, audience-focused creative solutions.
- Support the development of integrated campaign ideas from initial brief through to delivery.
- Contribute to and lead creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and team ideation.
- Produce presentations, concepts and creative proposals for client meetings and new business opportunities.
- Write clear, engaging copy across multiple channels and formats.
- Collaborate with designers, producers and external partners to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned to brand guidelines, strategic objectives and audience needs.
- Stay informed on creative, media and communications trends, identifying opportunities to enhance client work.
- Support the delivery of projects to a high standard, balancing creativity with commercial effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
