Midweight Creative Designer

A growing consumer food brand with a strong, culture-led following is looking for a Midweight Creative Designer to join its in-house brand team. Recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, this is a company that treats culture and creativity as central to the business, not an afterthought. Design is central to how the brand connects with customers.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Brand Designer and help shape the brand across campaigns, social, print, and in-store touchpoints. Experience producing work for music, fashion, culture, sport (or similar) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & campaign design: Create on-brand visuals for marketing campaigns, partnerships, and internal initiatives.
  • Motion & social: Make animations and short-form video for social, digital campaigns, and in-restaurant screens.
  • Print & production: Design print-ready assets such as menus, posters, hoardings, and in-store collateral.
  • Digital & presentations: Produce digital assets (e.g., banners, CRM graphics) and strong presentation materials.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver work across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
