Salary: £35,000 – £45,000, dependent on experience
Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid — 3 days studio, 2 days from home
Software: SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Suite
Sector: Retail Experience Design, Brand Environments
About the Studio
This is one of the most awarded retail design agencies in the world. Over 45 years, they've built a reputation for creative excellence and cultural relevance, working with globally recognised brands to design retail experiences that genuinely move people. The client list spans sport, fashion, beauty, and beyond. The work covers flagship stores, brand activations, and global strategy.
The studio is based in Angel, North London, and the culture reflects what you'd hope for from a place like this: collaborative, non-hierarchical, and creatively restless. Designers, strategists, architects, brand experts, and makers all under one roof. This is a place that has been doing things properly for a long time, and it shows.
About the Role
This is a midweight creative role within the Retail and Interiors team, and a genuinely good one. You'll be working across retail environments and experiential briefs for some well-known brands, developing concepts and producing the visuals and models to bring them to life. You'll be supported by senior designers while being given real ownership over your work, and there's plenty of scope to grow here for someone with the right attitude.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
