This full-time, on-site Midweight Creative (With Motion) role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom.

The role involves:

- Developing and executing creative concepts for campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels
- Strong focus on motion design and video content
- Day to day tasks include ideating and storyboarding, crafting visual narratives, designing and animating motion graphics
- Collaborating closely with strategy, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Creating campaign assets, social content, and brand materials
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while delivering distinctive, conversation-worthy work
- Presenting ideas clearly, responding constructively to feedback, and staying current with creative, motion, and social trends
Qualifications
- Midweight capability in motion design and video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is required.
- Strong Creativity Skills, including concept development, storytelling, and visual thinking.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Branding skills, with experience translating brand positioning into coherent visual and motion executions.
- Experience in social first content, creator led campaigns, or integrated brand work is advantageous.
- A portfolio showcasing distinctive motion-led creative work and campaign ideas is required.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
