What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a Creative Agency.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.
- Experience across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of digital best practice and accessibility fundamentals.
- Confidence in working across varied brand and visual systems.
- Practical experience using AI tools within design workflows.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and challenge briefs when needed.
- Attention to detail, teamed with the ability to multi-task and work at speed.
- Experience using AI as a creative and workflow accelerator, not a replacement for thinking.
- Demonstrates judgement around quality, ethics and brand risk.
- Ability to generate, refine and heavily edit AI-assisted outputs.
What you’ll need to do:
- In this role you’ll deliver strong, idea-led design work across multiple mediums, clients and sectors. You will be operating confidently between concept and execution, using AI to accelerate exploration and production while applying clear creative judgement.
- Translate briefs into effective visual ideas across digital, print, social and campaign work.
- Develop and deliver concepts with limited supervision.
- Execute work to a high standard of craft, typography and layout.
- Adapt and roll out creative across multiple formats and channels.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, iteration and speed, while maintaining brand integrity.
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, balancing pace and quality.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, motion and account teams.
- Respond constructively to feedback and iterate efficiently.
- Support junior designers through informal guidance and example.
