Midweight Designer

Creative Agency | Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

£35,000–£38,000 + Benefits

We're working with a highly regarded creative agency in Central London that's looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join its growing creative team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer with strong conceptual thinking and excellent execution who enjoys bringing ideas to life across campaigns, branding, and digital content. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Designer and Executive Creative Director, supporting the development of standout creative from initial concepts through to final delivery.

The Role

As a Midweight Designer, you'll play a key role in developing and refining creative work across a range of client projects. You'll be responsible for producing polished design assets, creating compelling mock-ups, evolving campaign concepts, and ensuring creative consistency across multiple formats.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with the Senior Designer and Executive Creative Director on creative concepts and campaign development.
  • Creating high-quality mock-ups and key visuals for client presentations.
  • Developing and adapting campaign assets across digital, social, and print.
  • Versioning creative for different formats, channels, and audiences.
  • Supporting the creative process from initial idea through to final artwork.
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail while working across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years' experience within a creative or integrated agency.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and beautifully crafted design.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Experience producing campaign assets across digital and print.
  • Confidence presenting ideas visually through mock-ups and creative concepts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Motion design experience using After Effects or similar software.
  • Experience creating simple animations or social-first motion assets.

  • Salary: £35,000–£38,000
  • Location: Central London
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
