Belfast | Full-Time | Permanent

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a talented Midweight Designer on behalf of an award-winning global PR & Creative agency.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced designer to join a highly creative team working across major household brands and exciting local and global campaigns.

The agency has an impressive creative reputation, with its work recognised through more than 100 national and international awards over the past five years, including industry-leading creative and PR awards.

They’re now looking for an experienced designer who is creative, culturally aware, and genuinely passionate about their craft – particularly when it comes to social-first design and visual storytelling.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Midweight Designer with a minimum of four years' experience and a strong portfolio showcasing excellent creative work.

Social content will be a significant part of the role, so you'll need to understand what makes content visually engaging across today's major platforms. However, this certainly isn't limited to social – you'll also work across brand campaigns, visual identities, presentations, print, digital, and wider creative projects.

You'll work closely with both creative and account leads, playing an important part in delivering campaigns, developing brands, and producing work you'll genuinely be proud to put your name to.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing engaging social content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Creating visually exciting static and motion-led social content.
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts from briefs.
  • Designing short-form video and social-first content.
  • Applying strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, grid systems, and brand application.
  • Working with established brand identities while finding creative ways to bring them to life across different formats.
  • Creating everything from individual social assets and carousels to campaign creative, pitch decks, presentations, and print pieces.
  • Using Figma collaboratively for digital design, layouts, and scalable social templates.
  • Editing and creating short-form content using tools such as Premiere Pro and CapCut.
  • Keeping ahead of emerging social, creator, and visual trends.
  • Understanding how audiences interact with content across different platforms and formats.
  • Working closely with Account and Creative teams to deliver high-quality creative work across multiple client projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
