Please note this is permanent role and we operate a hybrid policy and come to the London King’s Cross office 3x times per week.
The Role
We're looking for a Social & Digital Designer who lives and breathes social content, understands how people engage online, and is excited by the opportunity to create work that earns attention in fast-moving digital spaces.
This role is heavily focused on motion and video content. You'll spend much of your time editing, animating and crafting social-first assets across a range of platforms and formats, while working closely with creatives, strategists and account teams to bring ideas to life.

You'll have a strong eye for design, a natural understanding of social trends and platform behaviours, and a genuine interest in creating work that people want to watch, share and engage with.
We're looking for someone who is not only a skilled maker, but also someone who wants to contribute ideas, get involved in campaigns, and help elevate the creative output of the agency.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging social-first content across a variety of platforms and channels.
- Edit short-form video content for social, digital and campaign activity.
- Develop motion graphics, animations and platform-native assets.
- Bring campaign ideas to life through social and digital executions.
- Stay on top of emerging social trends, creator behaviours and platform developments.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and account teams to develop ideas and content.
- Build and adapt assets across multiple formats and touchpoints.
- Maintain high creative standards while working at pace.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive and ambitious team culture.
What You'll Bring
- Curiosity about health, wellness or science and a desire to use your creative skills to make a tangible, positive impact on people's lives.
- 3+ years' relevant experience from agency background.
- Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Motion design and animation skills in Adobe After Effects.
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellent social content, motion design and creative thinking.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, formats and digital culture.
- Visual design skills, including typography, layout and storytelling.
- The ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.

+ Nice to Have
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience working in Figma.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
- Experience developing campaign assets and social-first creative concepts.
