About the Role
We're partnering with a creative agency to recruit a talented Midweight Designer to join their growing creative team on a permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects, developing strong creative ideas and delivering high-quality work across a variety of channels. You'll work alongside strategists, writers, creatives, and video specialists, helping to create engaging campaigns, brands, and content that make an impact.
They're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and confident turning ideas into compelling visual work. You'll be equally comfortable working from a detailed brief or shaping creative solutions from a more open starting point.
Digital is at the heart of what this team creates, so you'll have a strong understanding of social-first design and know how creative needs to adapt across different platforms. At the same time, you'll enjoy working across presentations, brand identities, print, campaign assets, and longer-form publications.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their craft, and is excited by new technologies, including AI, as part of the creative process.
What You'll Do:
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions across a wide range of projects.
- Create engaging social-first content for multiple digital platforms.
- Design campaign assets across digital, social, and out-of-home channels.
- Produce polished presentations and pitch decks in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Create presentation templates and scalable design systems for wider team use.
- Design reports, brochures, publications, and other long-form marketing collateral.
- Translate loose briefs into clear, thoughtful, and visually engaging creative solutions.
- Produce mock-ups, visual routes, and presentation materials to communicate ideas.
- Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining consistency.
- Present creative work internally and confidently explain your design decisions.
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, creatives, and video specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Explore AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, production, and workflow efficiencies.
- Continue developing your skills by experimenting with new creative tools, techniques, and technologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
