We help clients grow their businesses, building genuine partnerships to enhance their marketing, design, content, and PR strategies. With offices in the UK, US, and Canada, and over 80 global industry experts, we deliver B2B solutions that deliver real, measurable results and impact.

Job purpose

As rammarketing’s Midweight Designer, you will play a key role in delivering creative work across digital, print, and branding projects. You will autonomously meet project milestones and deadlines, ensuring your outputs are on-brand, visually engaging, and technically accurate.

You’ll collaborate with peers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver design solutions that meet client objectives, while supporting the wider design team through contributing to processes, sharing ideas, and maintaining high standards. You will typically solve well-defined design problems within a clear scope, thriving when working to structured briefs.

This role is suited to a designer with proven agency or studio experience who is ready to take ownership of their deliverables and continue developing their craft within a supportive team environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
