Our client is currently looking for a talented Midweight Designer with 3-6 years of agency experience who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft and a passion for creating impactful communications to join their team.

The facts:

  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary studio environment
  • Hybrid; 3 days in the studio; based in Holborn, London
  • Salary £35-45k d.o.e
  • 3 - 6 years' agency experience required

You’ll be:

  • Creating distinctive brand, campaign and communication design across multiple channels
  • Generating strong, campaignable ideas brought to life via thoughtful, well-crafted design
  • Translating complex business and corporate narratives into creative solutions
  • Presenting and articulating your ideas confidently to colleagues and clients
  • Commissioning and briefing photographers, illustrators and other creative specialists
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Working across brand, digital, content, campaigns, film, live events and corporate communications projects

You’ll have:

  • A folio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, problem-solving and excellent execution
  • Experience designing brand identities, campaign creative and communication materials
  • Outstanding typography, layout and visual design skills
  • Excellent attention to detail across all aspects of design craft
  • Strong presentation skills, with the confidence to explain and defend creative decisions
  • The ability to respond to creative direction whilst taking ownership of projects
  • A curious mindset and the ability to ask insightful questions that lead to stronger outcomes
  • Experience briefing creative partners such as photographers and illustrators
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude and a proactive approach to your work
  • Any additional creative, motion, digital, illustration or AI-related skills would be a bonus
