About the Role

We are seeking a Midweight Designer to support our growing portfolio of Amazon brands. In this role, you will create high-performing, conversion-driven visual assets across Amazon marketplaces - including product detail pages (PDPs), A+ Content, Brand Stores, and campaign visuals - as well as physical print assets like packaging and product inserts.

Working closely with our Amazon, Growth, and Brand teams, you will balance conversion-focused design with compelling visual storytelling to elevate our brand presence, drive sales, and launch new products successfully. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of design and problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can seamlessly manage multiple brands and competing priorities. While Amazon experience is not essential, a strong understanding of Amazon creative best practices would be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Creative Development

  • Design high-converting Amazon PDP image sets, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Store assets.
  • Create comparison charts, feature callouts, lifestyle imagery, and visual storytelling components.
  • Support new product launches with impactful, launch-ready listing creative.

Packaging & Print Design

  • Design and update physical product packaging, inserts, and instruction manuals.
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure technical specifications align with supplier standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
