Job Title

Founded in 2006 and built on a thermal-bathing heritage dating back to the 1860s. Stocked in the world's most prestigious department stores, with a cult following among beauty insiders, this is a brand where the creative function is still being built, and this is one of its first permanent hires - that is the point. You would be the hands-on guardian of the visual identity across everything the brand puts out, rather than one designer inside a large, already-fixed system.

The Role

Involved in the design language end-to-end across campaign visuals, packaging, limited editions, digital, paid social, PR collateral, and in-store visual merchandising. You’ll take work from concept through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Person

You're a Designer with around four years' experience, most likely in-house at a beauty, skincare or luxury lifestyle brand, or at a studio servicing them.
