Major Players is working with a fast-scaling D2C brand based in London to hire a Head of Design or Creative to lead creative output across the brand.
You'll define and build the creative function from early stages, with scope to shape the team and creative vision.
Responsibilities:
- Setting creative vision and standards across the business, and building the team to deliver it
- Art directing campaigns across every channel, working closely with the growth team
- Safeguarding brand identity, tone and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Overseeing production end to end, from scrappy to high-end shoots
- Partnering across brand, growth, product and commercial teams, including managing external partners

What we're looking for:
- Currently operating at Head of Creative or Head of Design level, or ADD/ACD
- A design background with elevated personal taste
- Comfortable both setting creative systems and getting hands-on with execution
- Experience in high-growth DTC, lifestyle or FMCG brands
- Confident leading and developing a team from nascent stages
