About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a strong portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working within different design disciplines. Web design and knowledge of WordPress will be beneficial, combined with experience of Google Analytics and Google Ads. Experience and knowledge of 3D software not essential, however beneficial.
A 'can do' positive mindset is essential and problem solver mentality. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with both colleagues and clients, discern a brief - and where appropriate challenge the creative brief, whether proposing something more than asked or where an alternative solution can be proposed to enhance our offer.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media
- Create compelling and effective brand communication; logos, presentations, print artwork and digital media
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for personal and team training and personal development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4+ years of experience in creative industry - ideally creative agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong communication, creative thinking - fresh ideas, typography skills and design skills
- Strong portfolio of work
