Mid-Weight Graphic Designer – Epetōme

£35,000–£38,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus
Remote – UK based

We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now looking to secure a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their creative team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded designer to join a high-growth DTC brand, with a primary focus on producing high-performing paid creative across the UK, US and German markets.

While paid advertising will sit at the heart of the role, you’ll also support the wider creative team across social, CRM, web and print, giving you exposure to the full brand and customer journey.

About Epetōme

At Epetōme, we are dedicated to creating gut health products that actually work.

Our first product, the synbiotic dual cap, is the result of rigorous scientific development and collaboration with leading scientists and manufacturers, led by the vision of nutritionist Emily English, ensuring the highest quality and efficacy in one daily dosage.

Epetōme is an ambitious, fast-growing gut-health subscription brand dedicated to transforming the health of its community. We know more than ever about the links between gut health and overall wellbeing – not just digestion, but mind, skin, immunity and hormone health too.

Our science-backed products empower customers to achieve their best selves every day through simple, one-a-day solutions packed with high-quality, evidence-backed ingredients.

The Role

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be creating paid advertising creative that performs.

You’ll work across campaigns targeting the UK, US and Germany, producing a balance of static, carousel and motion creative, including both short and longer-form assets.

You’ll need to understand how creative performs on platforms such as Meta and how designs should be adapted across different placements, audiences and international markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
