Girl&Bear is the home of VCCP’s makers. We exist to deliver craft without compromise, supercharging making and simplifying production with a human approach backed by technology. We’re a global content creation studio with a passion to make great ideas come to life in all channels.

THE ROLE

As an Integrated Creative Producer you will be part of our exciting team of makers, supported by our Senior Producers, Integrated Project Directors, and Heads of Integrated Creative Production. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of integrated campaigns for our diverse range of clients - whether that’s producing print, digital, social, experiential and content, (or something we don’t even know about yet!) - a problem solving mindset is a must.

You will own your own productions, alongside the support of your Integrated Project Director. You should be motivated by learning new skills, seeking inventive solutions and using progressive approaches to deliver best-in-class beautifully-made work; whether that’s low-budget, agile production or high-end 360 Campaigns, an attention to detail and care for craft is essential.

A good breath of experience in integrated production and running campaigns is essential. You will own the process from the point the strategic brief lands, working closely with your teams during the creative development process and seeing the campaign through to final supply. You should be comfortable managing a variety of briefs, being super-collaborative along the way and removing complexity from the journey wherever possible.

You will be organised, meticulous and have an eye for creative detail, partnering with Creative Teams and Creative Directors to ensure the highest-craft and highest-quality output. You will also work very closely as the creative development and production partner to our strategic and account management teams, and our clients. You should have some experience in front of clients and leading the production process for your own campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
