Girl&Bear

Girl&Bear is the home of VCCP’s makers. We exist to deliver craft without compromise, supercharging making and simplifying production with a human approach backed by technology. We’re a global content creation studio with a passion to make great ideas come to life in all channels.

The Role

Girl&Bear, The Home of The Makers at VCCP, is looking for a Midweight Integrated Creative Producer to join our London creative production team. You’ll work across different departments and disciplines to deliver projects - on time, on budget, and craft without compromise.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where project management is a key part of your day-to-day. You’ll lead end-to-end production oversight through to delivery, partnering with a multi-market brand. From day one, you’ll work closely with the client & their partner agencies to shape work that is creative, but also efficient, scalable, and effective.

Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping how work gets made - identifying smarter ways of working, improving workflows, and helping us continuously evolve our production model.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own and drive multiple integrated projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both creative expectations and production objectives, underpinned with a detailed understanding of the production process across TV, Radio, D/OOH, Social, and digital channels.
  • Interrogate briefs and proactively define the smartest, most efficient ways of working, using both automated, and manual production approaches.
  • Act as a trusted, proactive client-facing partner - building strong relationships through clarity, responsiveness, and solution-oriented thinking on a daily basis.
  • Guide clients through production decisions, with timing, budget, and scalability considerations.
  • Anticipate challenges early and provide clear, confident recommendations at every stage.
  • Manage production budgets with confidence, ensuring projects are delivered resourcefully and effectively, with a focus on smarter budget allocation; while contributing to accurate scoping, forecasting, and resource planning in collaboration with the Business Director and Integrated Project Director (Production lead and key day-to-day client escalation contact for multi-channel projects and the Production team).
  • Champion best practices and contribute to the ongoing evolution of tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Act as the central link between all teams and partners, building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring alignment, momentum, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Brief, onboard, and manage third-party partners, ensuring they align with our creative ambition and production standards.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
