Mid-Weight Interior Designer | Luxury Hospitality | London | 4/1 Hybrid | £40,000 to £50,000
Our client is one of the most respected names in hospitality interior design. Their London studio is a tight-knit team with the reach of a global group behind it. They're hiring a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to work on 5-star projects for a client list very few studios get near. You'll help shape the concept, present to clients and see your work through to completion.
The role
You'll work across multiple projects, collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, procurement teams and the wider studio to deliver each one on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Day to day, that means:

- Developing concepts through mood boards, sketches and design proposals
- Driving design development and space planning with the wider team
- Specifying bespoke FF&E and joinery, plus materials and finishes
- Site visits to safeguard the design intent
- Working alongside senior designers and supporting juniors

What you'll need
- 4 to 7 years in interior design, with international hospitality schemes in your portfolio
- Experience on 5-star projects for global hotel operators
- A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Strong concept and presentation skills, and confidence in front of clients
- Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AutoCAD
